All is well in our little family this week. Izzy has had some trouble, but we were able to overcome that. Xander seems to be adjusting well to our family and is quickly transitioning to acceptance of his big sister. Andrew and I have both been able to get more hours at work, which helps out a lot, but it also means that he is working icky schedules. He gets home no later than 8:00 most nights, which means that my evenings are my own, but also means that the dogs are rarely alone. I have heard that for lab mixes, this is best because they tend to be lonely dogs and need company. We have to keep both of them in kennels when we aren't here because of their chewing nature as well. But, all is well.
Cindy is leaving our clinic on the 15th. I am nervous about the change, but excited that things are going to be a little less contentious. Andrew is having it rough at work, but finally worked up the courage to say something about it, and things should start improving over the next week.
Conference is this weekend and I am looking forward to the cleaning that comes with the Saturday sessions, and the relaxation that comes with Sundays. I feel bad that I won't be able to join the girls tonight for our get together during the priesthood session, but so it goes with no transportation. We should be able to find out all that is wrong with Andrew's car in the next few weeks.
Love to all and talk to you soon!
